Returns & Refunds

For International Customers, Outside Lebanon:

If you wish to return an item from outside Lebanon, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping through a courier service of your choice, but make sure the delivery company delivers to Lebanon. Before initiating the return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

- A brief explanation of your return request.

- A clear video of the item you wish to return.

Please wait for confirmation from our team before proceeding with the shipment. Once we receive and process the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] confirming the return.

Important Notes:

- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer if the item has already been delivered.

- If your order is cancelled prior to delivery or once it has been delivered, 90% of the total payment will be refunded. A 10% processing fee will be deducted.

- Refunds will be processed within 4 business days, after we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition.

Return Conditions:

- All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this 14 day period.

- Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and the packaging box.

- Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn, damaged or is no longer in a saleable condition.

- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Gift Returns

If you've received a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Care team at +96181886848 or email us at [email protected]. We will assist you with the return process and provide you with a return confirmation email, once we receive and process the returned item.

The original purchaser will not be notified of the return. Once your email address has been updated in our system during the gift return process, all order updates and notifications will be sent exclusively to you, ensuring the return remains private.

Please note:

- Gifts may only be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Refunds are not available for gifted purchases.

Order Status Guide

Below is a description of the different order status updates you may see:

- Preparing:

Your order is being processed and prepared for shipment.

- Shipped:

Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

- Canceled:

The item or entire order has been canceled.

- Refunded:

A return has been processed and a refund or exchange has been issued.

- Payment Unsuccessful:

We were unable to process your payment. Please check your payment method or try again.

- Verification Required:

Your order is on hold pending credit card verification.

- Out Of Stock:

Unfortunately, the item was no longer available at the time of packing.

- Oversold:

Due to high demand, the item is no longer in stock.

- Pre-Order:

This item is expected to arrive at a future date. Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all pre-order items.

- Best Seller:

A product that has the highest sales volume compared to other items, indicating its popularity among customers.

Shipping & Delivery

When Will My Order Ship?

Each TD garment is crafted with precision and care. Once your order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for the garment to be fully constructed. For pre-orders, please allow 4 to 5 business days for garment production to be completed.

After production is complete, your order will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Delivery times vary based on destination. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within the following estimated time frames:

- Lebanon: 1 to 2 business days.

- UAE: 2 to 3 business days.

- Europe: 4 to 5 business days.

- USA & Canada: 5 business days.

- Mexico: 7 business days.

Countries We Currently Do Not Ship To:

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following countries:

- Iran

- Palestine

- Russia

- Ukraine

All orders are shipped via air express to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package using the links below:

- DHL: For all international countries -> www.DHL.com

- ARAMEX: For all orders in Lebanon -> www.aramex.com

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item from our collection before it becomes available. These pieces are made to order and require a few days for artisanal production.

The estimated delivery timeframe is noted on each product page.

Once your pre-order is placed, the item is reserved exclusively for you, and will be shipped as soon as it is completed.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. You will receive a notification via email once your order is ready to ship. Please allow up to 2 business days after production for final quality checks before dispatch.

Pre-Orders Cancelations & Refunds:

Should you wish to cancel a pre-order prior to shipment, please note that a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. The remaining 90% will be returned to your original form of payment within 4 business days.

Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card On Your Site?

Absolutely. All transactions on our site are protected by advanced encryption and secure payment gateways. We work with trusted partners and implement continuous fraud monitoring to ensure your personal and payment information remains secure at all times.

All transactions are securely processed using 3D Secure, TDS, encryption technology, which safeguards your personal and payment information from unauthorized access.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

- Cash On Delivery, available for orders within Lebanon, except for pre-orders items.

When Will My Card Be Charged?

For credit cards and online payments, your card will be charged in full at the time your order is placed, including for pre-orders and made-to-order garments.

Order Verification:

To ensure the utmost security for our customers, all orders may be subject to a payment verification process to confirm authorisation by the cardholder. Should your order require additional review, a member of our team will contact you promptly to assist.

TD Gift Voucher Card

To purchase a TD Gift Voucher, please complete the form on our Voucher page with all required information for both, the sender and the recipient.

The sender may choose any desired amount, there is no set minimum or maximum.

Each voucher is issued with a unique code for secure and easy redemption.

Once the form is submitted, you will receive the digital voucher along with its code via email.

Please note that TD Gift Vouchers do not expire and can be used at any time.
